Founded by Zoë and Marcus Cassimus in 1995, our original kitchen was built on one belief: great food brings people together. While the industry moved toward efficiency and shortcuts, we stayed true to our recipes, real ingredients, and bold, addictive flavors. That one remaining location in Crestline? It’s been our living proof that real food, served with real care, never goes out of style.
Now, we’re growing again—not to chase trends, but to meet the cravings that never left. The “Marky’s” in our name honors Marcus Cassimus and three generations of family wisdom, grit, and love poured into every bite. We're not trying to be everything to everyone.
